Registry (Reg2C) is a product developed by a subsidiary company Crystal Consulting, spol. s r.o.(limited liability company). The system is designed according to the requirements of the act NR SR no. 395/2002 about archiving and registration and is certified by the archive department and registration of MV SR (Ministry of Home Affairs of the Slovak Republic).
It keeps exact records of notes and documents and electronization of documents that enter the organization or are invalid during their lifetime. It makes internal and external communication more efficient inside and outside the organization. Users use the system via the intranet. The system can be accessible also via the internet for chosen or remote facilities. Data security is ensured with use of login names and access rights and is secured by the SSL protocol. Reg2C is a part of the packet Office2C that includes besides automatic registry messaging also modules for managing of contacts, missions, and records. The product Reg2C can be integrated with the system for company information SPIN.
Reg2C is an internet application, based on three-level architecture client-server and technologies Java and SQL. The user works in the standard web interface with use of a browser. Reg2C can possibly be integrated into existing intranet solutions used in the organization, or possibly a completely new intranet can be built inside the organization. All data are inserted in the relation database, and logic is carried out on the application server.
Reg2C is accessible in two versions:
Basic (with use of database server MySQL)
Enterprise (with use of database server Oracle DB Embeded)
